Instruction how to use the Shungite package:
Thoroughly rinse this bag of 3.5 oz (100 grams) of shungite stones, without soap, under running water.
Then put the rinsed shungite into a container with 4 cups of water.
In 3-5 hrs the water will be cleared of antibacterial activity and can be used. It is suggested to leave it for around 48 hrs. to ensure that the water acquires all the medicinal properties.
Pour the readied water into another container and repeat the process by adding another 4 cups of water to the container with the shungite. If you see sediment in the water, do not worry, this is harmless and in a few minutes the sediment will settle down.
Once a month rinse shungite stones under running water and put it out in the sun to recharge their healing properties.
